I love snow-balls. They are Baltimore tradition - a delicious confection of shaved ice and sweet, flavored syrup. My favorite is called skylite, a delicious blue flavor that tastes slightly like cotton candy. It goes best with marshmallow cream topping. Snow-balls are guaranteed to give you a sugar high like nothing else. It wouldn't be summer without them!
